i love the Wacom Monitor-tablet, we actually got the 21UX because it went down $500 right before we ordered it-good timing I guess. Depending on the Flash, it could be done fast or slow. My US of Whateva took about a month to do from start to finish, TANKMEN INFINITY took about a month to animate with about 2-3 weeks of prep-thinking up plots and planning out scenes & such... But something like PK4 takes a longer time, because its at least 4 times as long as the others, and requires to be worked on not only during breaks, but during school/work-and as such, I have large pausing periods (not to mention I seem to take up new work, when I should be finishing my current jobs )... I finished my $00pah NiN10Doh! piece and I'm waiting for it to come out...
You can see that I've been working on animation for like 10 years, and I've only recently been good at it. <('.')>
