looking good dude (im such a failure)

Well, I'm proud of you. I look forward to TM3, and I hope we can eventually work on a project together (;

-Richie

This looks AMAZING

not just that its 3D, but it looks like a lot of fun to explore, great landscapes

-Dim

It looks fantastic! I'm thinking Ultima IX when I see this, well, a little grittier but still! This is something I look forward to play!

It looks like it'll be a world of lag but I'm still going to play it because I'm sure it will be a wonderful world of lag.

Odds are I wont be able to optimize the majority of the levels to work on ANY machine, so to play this you'll most likely need a newer computer... However, if AS4 implements GPU access...
-Richie

Looks great!

Not that I'm not anticipating these new things you are doing but there is the matter of Perfect Kirby. Have you guys just said F' it or are you guys still working on it.

I wanna do an 'original' project or two before I get back to that :\ We do still want to continue with that series.. My priorities are everywhere.
-Richie

That looks pretty sweet :)
Nice reports too

ah so you're not just using fill shape and flat objects. you're actually making your own UV's for the tri's and masking textures over them? pretty neat man. good luck!

1 000 000 lines?! Damn... It must be a bitch to program. :P But that game looks like a lot of fun. I can't wait to play it. And I can only imagine a 3D tankmen game... A cock joke every time you died. Haha.

Richie's totally dominating with this game, he's been working so hard on everything for this project and I really think people will enjoy it. I wrote the scenario and designed the characters for it, and hopefully at some point I'll be able to do the cutscenes for it. I really liked the cute little story I wrote for it and want it to still be part of the game itself. In the meantime though, I'm glad you guys are enthralled by the visuals! :]

what program do you use?
i have 3ds Max 2010

Flash CS3

IF you ever need a voice actor, feel free to check out my voice demo ^_^ I'd be more than happy to do voices for you

Reminds me of the N64, but that kind of AS3 3D code needs an extremely fast and powerful computer.

We'll be using 3D objects and imitation-3D objects...and some non-3D objects. It runs fine so far on my computer-I'd say an average one.
-Richie

Looks fun! Looks like it will be in the puzzle genre. (Not that I know anything about it.)
I'd bet the lead character is an anthro though. ... Not that that's bad, but when I looked at the picture I thought that stick guy WAS the character. Silly me.

Anyway, keep up the great work! I'm sure a lot of people will love your game!

I was wondering what happened to that Tankmen game...

*Cough* Perfect Kirby *Cough*

AHHHHHHHHHH!
-Richie
Try drinking some carbonated beverage for that cough, it sounds bad.

I agree with the person above me.
*cough* Perfect Kirby *cough*...
*sneeze*

Wow, it sounds like theres something going around...
-Richie

are you gonna do a follow up on tankmen infinity just wanted to know

If I had time, I'd consider it. But no for now. I DO plan to make a game at SOME POINT tho... no promises.
-Richie

Hey, that's pretty awesome! I keep thinking I want to break into 3D but it looks so scary! lol
